TASTING NOTES:
This 100% Roussanne wine was fermented in new French oak, then aged for six months. This wine has an exotic bouquet of honeysuckle and stone fruit. The mouth feel is tart but rich with hints of nectarine, peach and honey. It is complex and ever-changing on the palate. This is a full-bodied, floral wine with a nice lingering finish.
