TASTING NOTES:
This 100% Cabernet was aged for two years in 1/3 new, 1/3 unused and 1/3 neutral French oak and spent nine months in the bottle. The color is rich, with aromatics of spice and currant on the nose. It has flavors of black currant, plum and a touch of tobacco on the palate. Strong but rounded tannins make this a restrained and elegant wine for any occasion.
